- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I started attending acupuncture with Phyllida 6 or 7 weeks ago as I was suffering from chronic anxiety, worry, stress and Costochondritis. I was also going through the lead up to an embryo transfer for IVF. I had been struggling for months and in desperate need of some help. The results have been better than I ever could have imagined. I am pretty much now anxiety, stress and worry free and have been completely relieved of the Costochondritis. The acupuncture has also put me in a much more relaxed state of mind and body for IVF, which I now feel confident to move forward with. - ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪For several months, I had had a very painful, ongoing neck/shoulder/arm problem which physiotherapy, osteopathy and chiropractic treatment had failed to improve. I was just about on the verge of giving up finding anything that helped, but thought that one more search of the internet might be worth a go. Here, I found that so many people recommended acupuncture for similar problems that it had to be worth a try and booked an appointment with Phyllida. I'm extremely glad that I did as, after just one session, I had so much relief it was quite remarkable especially as a good night's sleep became possible once again. The next session was even more successful; pain has now been reduced by about 80% and I have every confidence that, after further treatments, it will vanish altogether.
